2010 RENTAL RATES

$4,950 per month plus taxes.

All contracts 30 days. We only write 30 day contracts or longer and can only have 1 tenant per 30 day contract…so we prefer a 10-night or longer stay in any given month. In some cases, we will come down to a 9-night minimum.

9 nights: $3,950 ($439 per night) plus taxes
10 nights $4,100 ($410 per night) plus taxes
12 nights $4,380 ($365 per night) plus taxes
14 nights $4,550 ($325 per night) plus taxes
21 nights $4,725 ($225 per night) plus taxes
30 nights $4,950 ($165 per night) plus taxes

For rentals under 6 months:
    -  13.75% in state taxes (GE and TA)
    -  Departure cleaning fee:  $275 plus taxes
    -  $900 fully refundable security deposit.

For rentals 6 months or longer:
    -  4.67% in state tax (GE tax)
    -  Departure cleaning fee:  $375 plus taxes
    -  Refundable security deposit equaling one months rent.
