All contracts are for 30 days. We only write 30 day or longer contracts and can only have 1 tenant per 30 day contract.

• $275 (+tax) departure cleaning free
• $900 fully refundable security deposit required
• Credit card convenience fee applied to all credit card transactions. No fee for personal check.

Mid-stay cleaning required. Hourly rate charged by cleaning person.
