the view to the northeast is a gorgeous cityscape with beautiful
Kapiolani Park in the foreground and the beautiful skyline
of Waikiki, Honolulu and the Ko'olau Mountains in the background.
Open
the windows on each side of Nui Kai and feel the comforting
Hawaiian trade winds as they gently blow through the condo.
A unique feature of the building is that each floor is only
1 unit wide, so getting a cooling cross breeze year-round
is accomplished by opening windows on each side of the unit.
Of course, air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms
